PSYPACT is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of Telepsychology Across State Boundaries.
In addition to being licensed in Florida and Virginia for face-to-face treatment, Dr. Tamargo is licensed to provide Telepsychology in the states listed below under PSYPACT. Please check this list to ensure that Dr. Tamargo is able to provide virtual care in the state in which you are located. If you are physically located on a Military installation, you may be seen via Telehealth regardless of your duty station. Effective July 1, 2023, only 10 states are not participating in PSYPACT - you may go to https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap to see if your state is currently enacted to participate.
