DR TAMARGO IS AN IN-NETWORK TRICARE PROVIDER serving Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, Public Health Service, and Coast Guard - Active-Duty service members, Retirees, Veterans, and qualified family members.
Dr. Tamargo sees ALL Tricare Beneficiaries above age 2.
Family members or retirees no longer require prior authorization. Active-Duty members must have a referral from a military treatment facility (MTF) provider, typically the Primary Care Provider (PCP), to see Dr. Tamargo because the treatment is not available at the MTF in a timely manner.
Active-Duty Service members MUST abide by the 24-hour cancellation notice policy, expected of all patients.
Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in the service member being held financially responsible for the missed appointment.
